According to Variety, Rachel Weisz (The Constant Gardener) will star in The Whistleblower, based on a true story about a Nebraska policewoman who stumbles upon a sex trafficking scandal while serving as a UN peacekeeper in Bosnia. Larysa Kondracki will make her directorial debut with a script she co-wrote with Ellis Kirwin.
