Kiefer Sutherland, who allegedly head-butted clothing designer Jack McCollough at an after-party for the Met costume gala late Monday night, is reportedly claiming that he confronted the designer after he witnessed him knock over actress Brooke Shields. A potential problem for Sutherland, according to TMZ, is that Shields is telling a very different version of events: Brooke’s rep said "nothing happened to her," adding "Jack did nothing inappropriate. It’s not clear what caused Kiefer to do what he did."
However, when asked, "Did Jack touch her?" Shields’ rep’s reported response was, "We don’t know." Police are trying to sort out just what happened,. "All we can say at this point is that [McCollough] was the victim of a vicious,violent, unprovoked assault and that the matter is in the hands of theauthorities," a rep for the designer told People on Wednesday.
Sutherland is still on probation in L.A. related to a DUI charge, and it is unclear whether California authorities will consider this event a violation.

As for Brooke, the idiot, if this gets him in trouble for trying to help her from what he saw then I hope everyone everywhere will just let her handle her own problems. So it seems this guy Kiefer headbutted works for Brooke Shields as her designer. I guess Brooke sold out to him, otherwise she would have to find someone else to design her clothes

Sounds like Kiefer wasted his efforts on Brooke. I don’t care what anyone says Kiefer is a decent guy. When he found out my daughter was very ill, he sent her an autographed picture. It made her year. He might have misinterpeted the whole incident, but Jack shoud not have pushed and dismissed Kiefer like he was to good for everyone. I side with Kiefer on this.

Keifer served his time for his DUI during the holodays so as not to mess up “24″ production last season. That is a man who cares about others. So he likes to party…maybe a little too much. But I have heard from many friends in and out of the business what a nice and decent guy he is. I think Miss “I don’t have a tv show anymore…but I do toothpaste commercials”. Doesn’t want to miss out on her free clothes and party invites. Just cause your career is on the rocks Ms.Brooks. Don’t turn on a friend who is willing to stand up for your dubious honor!
Maybe the clothing designer knew ninja kungfu. There are ninja kungfu clothing designers. I know they can mess you up bad. Happened to me. I woke up the next morning and my drapes were pink. Trust me… self defense.
