According to TMZ, Ola Ray — best known for her brief appearance as Michael Jackson’s girlfriend in his "Thriller" music video — is suing the King of Pop for breach of contract. Ray claims she never received her cut of the video’s profits. Calls to Jackson’s attorney were not immediately returned.

Why has she waited over 25 years to file suit?
Three words: statute of limitations. You only have so long to sue before the time to be able to expires. I think 25 years is a bit too long.
Ola, this is pretty pathetic. Why didn’t you sue when Michael actually still had money? You must be either desperate or incredibly stupid to try a stunt like this after all this time has passed. I usually have no sympathy for Michael but feel safe in predicting this lawsuit will go nowhere.
I predict a landmark decision in this case, henceforth known as Frivolous v. Hilarious.

Excuse my language but this chicken is a f*cker. First off she waits 25 years to come at MJs head and ask for money!!!!! AND THIS WAS ONE MONTH BEFORE HE DIED! She helped to kill him too. I suspect the only reason that she keeps suing over “Thriller” is because she can’t find work anywhere else.
Though, in all fairness, I’ve read that she at least had the decency to drop the lawsuit shortly before Michael’s death.
Jeez people. No wonder MJ secluded himself and didn’t trust people. Everyone was after the money. He donated so much to charity and these leeches were certainly not worthy. Even the director John Landis was suing for his share. I think they should just be glad they are a part of history and leave it at that. What is our world becoming. Get a job!
