NBC exec dies on set of the 'Parenthood' TV pilot

A 44-year-old development executive for NBC died on the set of the new pilot Parenthood April 29, according to the Hollywood Reporter. Nora O’Brien collapsed from a brain aneurysm during a taping of the new drama that stars Peter Krause, Maura Tierney and Erika Christensen. O’Brien joined NBC in 2008.

    I had one almost 2 years ago now. Seeing this breaks my heart. I was 34 when I had mine but I survived. My heart goes out to her family.

If you’ve never had a family member or friend go down from a brain aneurysm, you should probably shut up. My High school buddy survived his, but gained 100 pounds and sometimes still has to use a wheelchair 11 years afterward. Furthermore, this woman might have had a child and a husband, you heartless twit.

    My mom had a brain aneurysm last August and lived…only 10% who have one make it to a hospital alive. People who hide behind the anonymity of blogs posts are quick to make these stupid remarks because they have no social skills away from a computer.
