Miss California to star in ad opposing same-sex marriage

I am so happy that she stood up for what she believes in…. I think people need to respect her opinion just as much as other people’s opinions. And, what I seriously don’t understand is how people can say she shouldn’t represent California or America with her rigid belief, when our country’s “presidents” all had their own individual views as well, but yet they were still elected to serve our country. Why should this be any different?? She must be true to herself. This is primary. I think that question of Mr. Hilton to ask, was out of line to begin with.
I commend Miss California for speaking out for traditional family values that all religious faiths universally agree upon is sacred one man and one woman for holy matrimony.
There is not a single state in the Union where the people are in favor of this lifestyle. 2004 re-election of George Bush was not about the war in Iraq. It was about a referendum question in 13 states where every state was against gay marriage by at least a 2-1 margin. George Bush is for traditional values and John Kerry was not.
This is not a civil right, and it all stems from this notion of separation of church and state which is now a divorce of church and state.
The humanists and the communists have taken over. Humanism and communism want to eliminate traditional family values from the United States. They already erode the lifestyle in Canada and Europe. Pierre Trudeau ruined Canada and Barack Hussein Obama is hell bent on ruining the United States of America.

I think this gal has real heart and intestinal fortitude, even though I’m undecided whether I agree with her on the subject. In the face of uber-strong social pressure to merely regurgitate the “Party-approved” answer, she held her ground – despite the knowledge that it would cost her dearly. Bravo.

She bases her opinion about gay marriage based on her interpretation of the Bible. But she obviously has no moral/Biblical probem flaunting her modesty and scantily bikini clad body on stage for millions to see. I wonder what Jesus would think.
Like it or not. Her opinion is hers. Personally I like the tight stuff. Why is it anyone’s business what she likes ? But then when has California ever been known to be discreet, and adult about anything, unless some movie star started and condones it first ?

One of the main purposes for marriage is to procreate (reproduce – have children). No I know it is so hard to imagine that there is a supreme and all knowing GOD and well that will be your lost. This is why a MAN will want to take care of his family and the mother is the nurturing one. This is a little story about a Christian who believed that only god could save him.The man has been caught in a flood and is on the roof of his house.A man driving a 4×4 comes to help and the man says I can take you to safety hop in..No says the christian ive been praying god will save.Ok good luck..5 minutes late a boy in a rowboat comes by and says I can save you jump in…no thanks been paying to god he will save me…ok good luck..Then a helicopter flys over and a soldier says grab the rope we will pull you out…No thanks ive been praying to god I am a good christian he would never let me drown!
