Amanda Peet is joining the cast of Fox’s modern take on Jonathan Swift classic Gulliver’s Travels opposite Jack Black, according to The Hollywood Reporter. Jason Segel and Emily Blunt will also costar in the film, directed by Monsters vs. Aliens‘ Rob Letterman. The reimagined version will follow travel writer Lemuel Gulliver as he stumbles onto the secret island of Lilliput (full of tiny people, of course) while on assignment in the Bermuda Triangle. Peet will play his editor and romantic interest.

That sounds AWFUL. Jack Black and Amanda Peet? Wow… Wonder what Ted Denson is thinking.

I learned long ago to avoid any film featuring Amanda Peet. Seriously, this actress just makes the worst choices, doesn’t she? I don’t know what it is. She is certainly attractive and she is a good actress but I always end up hating her movies.
Love her. She is gorgeous: http://www.actressscene.com/search/label/Amanda%20Peet
