    To the Family,
Know that God knows every thing that He is doing. Rev. Wright is now needed to sing to God instead of singing for God. He was a blessed Man of God and song to many souls that needed to be deleivered, know that I am a praise dancer and many of the Rev. Wrights songs where used though my dance and the Lord allowed me to see the broken so I thank you Lord for lending us the Great Rev. T. Wright but I know he is now home resting now with You Lord.

We will sadly feel the void on the death of Rev. Wright. He was a strong and faithful gospel singer and loved by all. The music industry has lost a Great Man of God. The Wright family will forever be in my heart and prayers.

My heart is crushed at this news. I did not know that Rev. Wright and his wife were in an accident last summer. My prayers goes out to his family. I first saw him and his choir in Virginia Beach, Virginia in 1993. I am mourning with the Wright family.

Rev. Wright has had a special place in the hearts of my family and church for many years. I remember him holding an awesome workshop and concert in my hometown of Valdosta, GA back in the late 80′s when I was a teenager. We got a chance to meet him after the show, and he was very gracious and so funny. What a great talent we have lost with the passing of this gifted brother!
While we celebrate his Homegoing, PLEASE let the tragedy of the accident that also took the life of his beloved wife of 37 years and teenage grandson serve as a reminder of the many dangers of driving under the influence. For those who did’t know, the drunk driver who hit Rev. Wright’s vehicle head-on was speeding 80 MPH down the wrong side of the highway. I was just 2 yrs old when my family suffered a similar tragedy & I still remember the accident. My mom, brother, and sister nearly died. Although our lives were ultimately spared, it left our baby sister with lifelong physical and mental challenges.

My sister was killed by her boyfriend in 91 . She was my everything . My daughter’s great grandmother invited me to this great spirit’s church on Utica Avenue . Everytime I talked about my sister I would cry until I was introduced to Timothy .He took me in his room and talked to me .I started to cry until he told me not to because my sister would not have wanted that . That was the last day that I cryed when I spoke about her. So to the family I would just like to say in this man’S memory to smile when you think of this man .I would always hold onto the love and the knowledge that he gave me.
