The other day, while I was at work, my cousin stole my apple ipad and tested to see if it can survive a forty foot drop, just so she can be a youtube sensation. My apple ipad is now broken and she has 83 views. I know this is completely off topic but I had to share it with someone!

If you can’t see the reasoning as to why the idol wannabees sing diff genres each week then you don’t have a clue about musical talent…and this genre of music absolutely shows what kind of vocal talent a person has. Anyone can pick up an instrument and make noise and shout cuss words at the same time but most can not carry a tune while singing words one can understand.

OMG…WHY????? Who honestly WANTS to hear songs from the Rat Pack? Blech!!!! This is going to be a sucky week on AI. I’ll be glad for it to get over with. What are they going to sing? That’s Amore? LMAO The Candy Man? LMAO even more….or NY, NY?? Give me a break. I guess if you are over 70 you will adore it. I mean, really…is this the type of music that the majority of music buyers are going to go out and purchase? What is the point of having golden oldies night? Even Simon himself rags on them when they sound “old fashioned”. I look for tonight to be HUGE cheese fest.

Nobody can ever sell me on Taylor Hicks, ….sorry! I’m willing to give a listen and see how or if he’s changed. He can entertain people with his humor and down-home antics, but I think he is lackluster in the voice department. He should appeal to a lot of the “Rat Pack” crowd, he’ll be perfect for this show. Adam has it all, love ya. GO, ADAM!

You can’t compare David Cook with Adam. Two totally different singers. Adam may not be God but he sure makes me feel like I died and went to heaven. He’s spectacular. The total package.

I started out as a Lil Rounds and Danny Gokey Fan. However as the weeks went by I noted Adam Lambert having the “it” factor like Prince, Christina A, Britney, Madonna & Justin Timberlake. Adam doesn’t just sing. Adam performs, he entertains. When I go to concerts I want singing, dancing, bands, a real show. Sure I go to open mike performances where I could see Kris Allen types with their guitar or the JT wanna-be fella playing his piano. But I’d rather get my money’s worth on a full show. I don’t care who is gay, straight or bi so that is not an issue and folks it is boring so let it go. Of course I did give Danny Gokey my first votes due to his wife’s passing and I felt bad for the guy. However, I never heard or felt emotion in his songs as I did when Adam Lambert sang if I can’t have you. That was gut wrenching and probably built on hardship and heartache he’s gone thru. I forgot what Kris and Gokey sang last. JT I liked your last song. The pink haired girl stop screaming!
