Fox Searchlight snatched the rights to Jen Sacks’ 1998 chic lit novel Nice with an eye for developing it as a project starring Reese Witherspoon, according to Variety. Witherspoon will produce the dark comedy, which centers on a magazine writer who accidentally kills her boyfriend and then decides she’d rather kill boyfriends than break up with them.
