Jamie Foxx used to be funny. What I can’t understand is why Jamie, such a brilliant comedian and performer in so many things, should feel the need to exploit a young performer in such a crass and classless way. I guess it just shows who he is, that he would also bash someone who is so troubled, as Spears and be homophobic about Lohan. I always thought Jamie was more of a “man” than he evidently is.

Foxx should have done the “fake” apology that Cyrus did. He should have said, “I’m sorry if she was offended by what I said.”

You people need to relax. We know what happens to celebrities that are in the eye of the media at a young age… they end up like Brittney and Lohan doing outrages stunts and living the life of sex, drugs and a lavish lifestyle. It happened to them and chances are it’s going to happen to Miley, everyone is thinking the same thing you just don’t want to say it. The reason why Foxx felt that he had to apologize is because it hadn’t happened yet so in a way it was unfair to Miley thats why he apologize. To all you crazy a$$ fans out there that like to live in your own bubble and still think Miley is virgin and isn’t doing a line of blow right now….wake up you idiots!

I fail to see how this girl is a role model. Pretty and famous does not a role model make. Most of what she does only benefits her own purpose (making herself rich). This is true of all entertainers and sports stars. The best they can hope for is to use their fame to bring awareness to people who are really trying to make a difference, through plugs or monetary compensation. Those people solving our problems should be the roole models. In my opinion, most of America’s problems can be traced back to our worshipping of pop culture icons. They teach our kids not to value education, but instead fill their heads with the thought that maybe there is some underlying innate talent within them that will make them famous and allow them to forgo all the “un-fun” stuff like studying. Case in point, have you read the, like, transcript from Miley saying, like, how smart she was, n’stuff?

The funny fact is unless he mentioned the incident on Jay Leno and you guys read about it this morning, none of you would actually be aware of it.

The difference is that Cyrus is protected under the Disney umberella. THAT is why Spears and Lohan don’t get apologies. Least that is my guess. Tho I’m surprised Foxx bended over so fast, but all hear the rumors he likes that. Blame it on the alcohol?
LOL…now that is funny! Blame it on the alcohol…bend over backwards! I wasn’t ready for that!

I think he is far from finished. Bottom line this goes back to the old marketing fundamental, publicity good or bad is free advertising. The publicity is just bringing his name into more homes making it a household name. Rather that is good or bad, look at how many people know Imus’s name now, and he now has name recognition. Face it people this is free advertisement for him. He has a number one song on the billboard right now. This is only helping his record sales.

Im still a fan of Jamie Foxx i really could care less… Don Imas can go around calling College kids Nappy Head Whores and he still has his job… now all of a sudden when the tables turned instead its a black man insulting a white girl oh all hell breaks loose… not fun when the rabbit has the gun… i cant wait to see how this plays out…

You all make me sick jamie foxx is an amazing preformer. He spoke his mind and you all take his race and who he,s talken about into acount. If miley wants to be famous and live the glamours life she needs to cope with the backlash she will receave for doing such. Also I don,t understand how everybody goes after Jamie when it,s here father who is almost pimping her out. So back of Jamie he,s got the same rights as everybody to say wat he wants and if you don,t want here it stay out the spot light.

Are you people seriously offended? This is what concerns you when days ago in Afghanistan a law was just passed that forces a wife to have sex with her husband every four days if he demands it? Jamie Foxx is a comedian and an actor and he offered an apology (which frankly, shouldn’t even be directed at Cyrus). He really didn’t say anything malicious to her. There was nothing homophobic in what he said- Lindsay Lohan did date a female.
Get lives and see what real issues are.
