Hope Adam catches Quintens attention for after the show . Guess I’m not the only one with that idea. Many believe he already has..

Adam has to do PURPLE RAIN!!!! Can you imagine. I know he likes to switch from fast to slow to fast but I think he should stay slow this week. And Purple Rain would be awesome. That or We Don’t Need Another Hero.

Adam: Nature Boy, Who’s Afraid of the Big Bad Wolf (LL Cool J did a rap version-fun!), or Kiss the Girl (reggae version by Soul II Soul; Anoop: Anything You Can Do, I Can Do Better, On Broadway (nice & jazzy); Matt: Till There Was You (romantic ballad to connect with), Luck Be A Lady; Kris: I Only Have Eyes For You, You’re The One That I Want (sassy); Lil: Long Ago & Far Away, Till There Was You (soft ballad with control); Danny: Our Love is Here To Stay, I Got No Strings On Me (funny); Allison: Born To Be Wild (rocker chick), My Man (power ballad), Happiness Is A Think Called Joe. Listen to me, kiddos!

PLEASE MATT, do “Just checked in to see what condition my condition is in” from The Big Lebowski!

I would like to hear someone do Vindicated by Dashboard Confessional or Ordinary by Train from Spiderman 2. I’d rather not hear the Hero song from the first one, though, I’m afraid that could be a Gokey-ish song.

Hope QT gives Anoop some good advice. Heard the top 7 – again and again and I think Anoop probably has the most sellable and recordable voice (trying to be as unbiased as possible -I also randomly played various artists over again and again). You can really listen to him over a long period of time without losing interest (even his “beat it” rendition quality wise was good)
Adam is really great but he cannot engage over a long period of time, so if he comes out with an album I guess it won’t sell.
I see Adam as a theather/on-stage type of artist and not a recording artist who’ll be able to sell albums. He has great stage presence but after a while will lose his charisma.
    What do you folks think?

tarantino, on Idol? Really? Doesn’t seem like his kind of thing, but I guess it is…

Anoop? Are you kidding. Adam is already a world wide phenomenon! Over 1,000,000 hits on YouTube just this week. Anoop might last two more weeks, but that’s about it. Adam Lambert is the contestant AI was designed for and he is already a superstar. The rest are just, well, the rest.

Everyone is going so far back. I vote for Adam to sing Sweet Child of Mine from Guns n Roses which was just recently on the soundtrack from the Mickey Rourke’s resurrection film, The Wrestler.

  • Dean

Can you imagine Adam singing Queen’s “Flash Gordon”… he has to do Freddie Murcury sometime!!!

  • Katie

If Adam wants teen girls, women and gay men ( AI’s biggest voting blocks I’m sure) around the country to drop to the floor and be panting in front of their TVs — do #1 Crush by Garbage from Romeo & Juliet ( the modern Leo diCaprio/Claire Danes version)
