Al Pacino has signed on to play Napoleon Bonaparte in a forthcoming movie adaptation of the children’s book Betsy and the Emperor by Staton Rabin, according to The Hollywood Reporter. The movie is slated to start shooting next fall, with John Curran (The Painted Veil) directing.
