Rapper Flo Rida will perform his hit single "Right Round" on the April 8 results episode of American Idol, according to a Fox press release. Idol alum Kellie Pickler will return to sing "Best Days of Your Life" in the same episode.

How many times does Kellie Pickler need to be on Idol?! Everytime she does, none of her songs make it big, so why bother. Bring back other idols like Katharine McPhee, Chris Daughtry, or Elliot Yamin. We’ve seen Kellie too many times now!

I was not a Kelly Pickler fan when she was on AI, and I was shocked that she got a contract out of it, and someone like Elliott Yamin did not. But you know, she is a good singer. Although she will never be another Carrie Underwood, she has had some nice songs. It’s too bad she was nominated for “best new artist” during the same year as Taylor Swift, because she is easily better than the Hough chick who won this year.

I like Kellie…she’s cute and fun and I hope she gets a chance to show more of her personality tonight than she has in past post-Idol appearances.
