Aaron Eckhart has begun negotiations to star alongside Nicole Kidman in Rabbit Hole, according to The Hollywood Reporter. David Lindsey-Abaire adapted the screenplay from his critically-acclaimed 2006 play about a married couple struggling to deal with the death of their son. John Cameron Mitchell (Hedwig and the Angry Inch) is set to direct; Kidman will also produce.
