Steve Carell is starring in Dumped, a comedy director Vic Levin is adapting for Warner Bros. from an Andrew Gottlieb novel, Variety reports. The Office star will play a man searching for new meaning in his life after his wife abruptly files for divorce. Carell next stars with Tina Fey in the Shawn Levy comedy Date Night and also is likely to star in the Pete Segal-directed Get Smart sequel.
