A Los Angeles jury will once again decide the fate of music producer Phil Spector, who has been retried in the shooting death of Lana Clarkson, according to the Los Angeles Times. The panel left the courtroom on Thursday after hearing months of testimony on whether Clarkson’s death was either a suicide or murder. Spector, 69, faces aminimum of 18 years in prison if convicted of second-degree murder.

What a “happy coincidence” that this case would end up in the lap of Detective Victor Pietrantoni the RHD stud who was nicknamed “Casanova” because of his steamy relationship with a high ranking Los Angeles Deputy District Attorney. As my old LAPD Puerto Rican partner would say, “F—-g a lawyer, especially a district attorney is the ultimate high for a cop and the fastest way to climb the ladder of success….” To be fair, Victor Pietrantoni is just one of many LAPD officers who are incestuously connected and or married to members of the Los Angeles District Attorney’s Office, The City Attorney’s Office and or to the jurists assigned to the Los Angeles and Orange County Superior Courts.
Allowing Victor Pietrantoni (on behalf of his wife, DDA Patrick Dixon and Judge Fidler) to conduct an impartial obstruction of justice investigation was tantamount to allowing the fox to investigate who broke into the hen house….”

I have known Phil Spector for 25 years and the District Attorney’s office has rendered him unrecognizable. I believe Mr. Spector was set up and because I was dragged into this insanity, I intend to sue the District Attorney.

Check your facts: driver called 911 and said he (the driver) thought Mr. Spector killed someone. Also thought Clarkson was on the floor – she was not. Anyone would rush to someone’s aid – if they committed suicide, which is what I believe happened, in their home. Only the District Attorney would attempt to glamorize a woman who mixed alcohol, vicodin, was clearly depressed, forging letters, appears to have been a prostitute who liked to play with guns (see Baby Doll Gibson), and – according to Mr. Spector – committed suicide at his house. I had dinner and drinks with Mr. Spector when he told me this and there was no reason whatsoever to doubt him. In fact, he said it was devastating.
There is reason to believe that this was a set up. After all the DA and prosecutors become famous and can use their positions to further their careers.

“kelley lynch” If he is such a nice ,charming man, as you imply, how do you square the fact that he has pulled a gun on numerous people and terrorized them? Don’t you think it is much more likely that she was near the door wanting to get away from this gun-freak, than that she suddenly takes HIS gu and kills herself. That seems absurd on the face of it, given his inclination to go psycho and even pull a gun when women leave ?

To live in a world where oblivion appears, must be the one you enjoy? To be in the mind of Lana Clarkson; I’m sure she would have rathered taken her own life in private, on her own, with a note to her loved ones. To share a traumatic moment in the hands of a stranger would not be the answer. If Spector’s behaviors are behaviors that turn you on, then maybe those are kinks that you need to be sharing between the both of you in private. Maybe one day you’ll end up in the same place with him in his corridor questioning whether you actually decided to kill yourself or you were just enjoying one your kinks. However, I hope one day it does not come to this for you cause I’m sure your life is well worth living!
Doesn’t Mr Spector have a history of guns? Did Lana? My heart goes out to her family some of these remarks dragging lana thru the mud make me sick, this again is all about money! Hopefully Mr Spector will have a long happy life with Mr Simpson they both deserve it!
