'Hell's Kitchen' and 'Mental': Fox fills out summer schedule

Fox officially announced more programming plans for this summer: New medical drama Mental, which follows an unorthodox doctor (Chris Vance) as he battles with his conservative boss, will launch Friday, May 22, at 9 p.m., while another installment of the Gordon Ramsay-hosted Hell’s Kitchen sets fire on Tuesday, July 21, at 8 p.m.

The rest of Fox’s summer line-up was already announced: Hit So You Think You Can Dance returns with a two-night, four-hour premiere on Thursday, May 21, and Wednesday, May 27, at 8 p.m. New episodes of the network’s two game shows—Don’t Forget the Lyrics and Are You Smarter Than a 5th Grader?—begin May 22 and July 3, respectively. And finally, the Teen Choice Awards airs August 10.
