Grey’s Anatomy star TR Knight was involved in a car crash Thursday in Los Angeles, according to TMZ. The unconfirmed report says that Knight was not injured but the passengers of the other car were transported to an area hospital. EW could not reach Knight’s publicist late Thursday.
