I really hope they lock him up for a while. The only problem I see is finding a cell big enough to accomadate his big head and even more inflated ego.

PERSONAL SPACE IS A RIGHT MAN! The charges are too harsh to Mr. Kanye West (the Mozart of hip hop ~ a genius in my book). The paparazzi is way out of control. Once a camera crew restricts your progress or freedom of movement that camera team should be in violation. There should be a law that says if a celebrity says, “No comment” or “Please back it up.” That camera team should back the hell up and not block a subjects freedom of movement. And not pose or became a greater distraction that causes conflict. Princess Diane’s life ended in tragedy because some idiots want pictures? They wanted same old kind of pictures that damn bad? Man, GREED KILLS DOESN’T IT?

The paparazzi should be the ones going to prison. They are money grubbing leeches, constantly over- stepping personal boundaries, & invading peoples privacy. This chasing & hounding famous people for photos to make big bucks is NOT a profession. The papparazzi are scumbags.
Just because someone is well known, doesn’t mean they deserve a camera and a video cam shoved in their face wherever they go. Photographers should set up appointments to take preapproved photos; & then leave them the heck alone. They do not owe the world having their privacy compromised 24/7; especially not when with their kids. If people would stop buying the tabloids & magazines with these invasive photos, which makes these people uncomfortable & feeling threatened; or in danger at times while being chased, the paparazzi might be out of a job. That would be the best that could happen. Go away papparazzi; find a real profession. Stop being unethical leeches.

What’s wrong with our courts. They allow these papparazzi to cause traffic accidents and blame the celebrities that they victimize.
Its time to go after the judges who are sympathetic to the reckless and endangering actions papparazzi commit on a daily basis.
If we start putting the names of these judges on the internet and where possible voting them off the bench, in time the climate will change.
The papparazzi are not ligitimate journalist covered by the constitution.

Don’t want the Papparazzi bothering you? Then don’t be famous or rich. It’s not that hard.

  • GolDigg3r

lol mozart of hip hop? give me a break. let him see what its like to go to jail and be around real gangsters so maybe he wont think hes Jesus anymore just because he could “sing” through a wire.

  • travis

we don’t allow stalkers to follow people around so what is different about getting attacked from behind a camera, i really don’t need to see what flavor of ice cream there eating today!

  • ljlkjdf

Why can’t you let me be great anonymous forum posters?!?!?!

  • ACE

“GolDigg3r” U obviously don’t respect the art of Hip-Hop/RAP.. Maybe a few more english classes you’ll understand Kanye’s mastery of the english language & metaphorically tight lyrics. He’s got a poetic license to spit it anyway he likes, and good song lyrics too. Listen to good music and learn to appreciate good music production. Go to a concert and peek the passionate flow of a real artist. This makes Kanye West one of top 5 Rappers & Music Producers in the world. His fan base is global. The Mozart of Hip-Hop? No doubt to say the least. Another point, Kanye West never fashioned himself as a gangster rapper, or a gangster, or Jesus so what the heck are you talking about “GolDigg3r”? Yo! When you do find gold buy yourself a clue. lol

  • whatever

Kayne maybe you’ll learn your place now. Think you’re too important for some guy to make a buck taking your picture? Think you can step to anyone who annoys you? Think again sucka.

  • John Handcock

Ha ha, Mr. Ego meet the bigger egos of law enforcement! I hope he goes to jail for the crimes he committed, and also because his arrogance sets a bad example for human beings around the world. No one should be so tastelessly devoid of humility as that disgusting fool Kanye.

  • Meh

Only three? Quiet day, huh Miss West?

  • Mikede

Ace – You are easily impressed. While you do make a point regarding privacy, and paparazzi are a collectively loathsome bunch, it is unreasonable to expect privacy in an airport. One might reasonably expect privacy at home, or at work, and maybe in a restaurant, but not on the street or in a public building.

  • One sista thinking of U

Why list the possibility of time spent in jail- on a misdemeanor? -2 and half-years, if convicted? Come on people I am starting to notice a pattern here, especially after finally finding a way to get OJ, they are ready to put all ya’ll (black (entertainment) men) in jail before proving your innocence, ya’ll better recognize. It’s happening in a way that you are being convicted by society before you have an opportunity to prove your innocence before the court system- I might be looking at this wrong. I just see something happening that don’t seem exactly right. My advise, to our young brothers who are making it or not,lay low, learn the rules of the game (society), and stop giving them any reason for them to take you down like this; the truth is you will never be treated with fairness no matter what you accomplish.

  • bwa hahaha

Ya… they “found a way to get OJ.”
OJ is a murdering SOB that got off because of a ignorant jury. Instead of “laying low” (as you suggest) he held 2 guys hostage in a room by gunpoint while he robbed them.
Gee, that other verdict was spot on, wasn’t it?
Oh, BTW, Kenya West CAN’T SING! He sux.

  • It’s Me

Well being put in jail over a misdemeanor of breaking a flash on a camera is just ridiculous. I understand there is an assualt charge too. Okay, but it was not that bad and I am not sayin in was right, but come on 2 yrs for it? LOL! The paparrazi dont get it when stars tell them to back off. Give them a break sometimes.
