MacGyver‘s the latest ’80s TV property to be resurrected — a film version of the erstwhile ABC series is now in the works, according to The Hollywood Reporter.Raffaella De Laurentiis and her father, Dino, will produce the film about an extra-resourceful secret agent with a knack for making anything he needs out of whatever’s on hand (chewing gum, paper clips…). The producers are now looking for a writer to revive the franchise.

WHY???????? One more crappy adaptation of what was a decent tv show. And let me guess…Owen Wilson will play Mac and Ben Stiller will play Jack Dalton……..sigh.
All I can say is AWESOME! Now if they don’t get Anderson to star then we’ll have a problem… Love the show, hope they use Murdock for the villan
