Matt Damon will star in Universal’s The Adjustment Bureau, a sci-fi-ish love story written and directed by George Nolfi (who wrote The Bourne Ultimatum and Universal’s upcoming Bourne sequel), Variety reports. Damon will play a promising politician whose romance with a beautiful ballet dancer is disrupted by mysterious forces. Damon is currently playing a South African rugby team captain in The Human Factor, Clint Eastwood’s Warner Bros. drama about Nelson Mandela, starring Morgan Freeman.
