The next 24 hours are crucial in the criminal threat allegations against R&B singer Chris Brown, who’s expected to appear in court tomorrow in Los Angeles. TMZ is reporting that the L.A. District Attorney’s office has received — and is now reviewing — Brown’s case file. It’s unclear whether Brown will be charged with a crime — especially in light of recent reports that Brown has reunited with Rihanna, whom he allegedly assaulted on the night before the Grammys. In fact, E! is reporting that Brown’s lawyer Mark Geragos is trying to negotiate a possible plea deal with the D.A. to keep Brown out of jail. Brown has declined to comment on the case beyond his Feb. 15 statement that he was saddened "over what transpired."

Eventhough Chris has already been tried and convicted in the eyes of the media, the celebs, and the public, I still hope things work out for him as well as Rhianna. People have been judging this guy for weeks, I hope after this, everyone will leave them alone and move on to other things going on in the world. I think that it is sad they have made these people the poster persons of domestic violence without hearing what they both have to say. This problem was way before them. If she was not a celeb and just an ordinary woman, this wouldn’t have been turned upside down in the media. My prayers are with both, and after this, I hope everyone will leave them alone and move on.
