Holly Madison, star of E!’s The Girls Next Door, could be replacing singer-songwriter Jewel for season 8 of Dancing With the Stars, according to UsMagazine.com. Jewel has been suffering from knee injuries during rehearsals over the past few weeks, but said in her most recent statement, "Don’t count me out, as I am in this for the long run." ABC is not commenting on the casting change at this time. Dancing With the Stars premieres Monday, March 9.

Jewel says she’s feeling fine after seeing a therapist. I don’t believe it.
the show is this monday, how could she possibly take her place with that limited amount of rehearsal.
US reported that Courtney Love was going to be replace Paula Abul as a judge on “American Idol” in 2007 and that was completley false.
If that’s the case, I’m an ex DWTS watcher.
Holly looks awesome. I read here (http://www.projectweightloss.com/index.php) about what she eats to keep her slim, sexy figure in shape and, wow, she’s not that pretentious.

who the heck is Holly Madison? Just another one many of us have never heard of. After some of the strange choices in earlier seasons it does not matter cause the flakey will be eliminated eventually.
I would rather watch Holly dance than Jewel. She has much more personality and is just a all around fun person to watch at whatever she does. I will be watching on monday with hopes she is there.

Jewel has tibia fractures in both legs and can barely walk, Nancy tore her meniscus. Too bad they couldn’t pick someone less trashy than Holly, but then again she’ll probably be voted off pronto.
Holly Madison is a great girl and people that call her trashy haven’t taken the time to know who she is. I am a fan of The Girls Next Door and am happy that Holly has been given this opportunity. She will be a fun addition to the show.
Holly’s choice of profession as a Playboy bunny doesn’t necessarily mean she is trash. She carries herself with dignity and was in an 8 year relationship with Hef. She’s involved in the production of the magazine and has established a career for herself. Don’t judge her because she has a better body. She’s actually a very intelligent woman. She was also in love with a man that chose not to marry again, so after 8 years, she said tata. Jewel is very a very talented singer, but that doesn’t mean Holly isn’t just as talented as a magazine editor. Back off. Quit judging. Ridiculous to say you are going to quit watching because she is ‘trashy’ based on what someone else said about her. Did you watch Jewel on Nashville Star? She ’seemed’ extremely unapproachable as a host, and didn’t get along with her co-host, that wound up leaving the show..so don’t be casting stones.. i’ll bet that now jewel sees she has competition, she’ll try to return. diva vs bunny.. who would YOU choose?
