Remember the can of whoop-ass that Sharon Osbourne opened up on Rock of Love reject Megan Hauserman during VH1’s Rock of Love Charm School reunion special that aired back in December? Well, now she may have to pay for it. On Monday, Hauserman filed suit in Los Angeles, charging Osbourne with battery, negligence, and intentional infliction of emotional distress, reports the Associated Press. In addition to requesting a jury trial, the bikini-lovin’ blond beeyotch is seeking punitive damages. Unfortunately for Osbourne, who lost her cool when Hauserman dissed her husband Ozzy, the entire altercation was caught on tape–and broadcast on national TV. That may make it hard for the Charm School headmistress to convincingly plead innocent. But if she’s ordered to pay up, it’s likely that she’ll consider it money well spent.

As much as I want to say Good! since no one should feel entitled to give a beat down for any circumstance…the woman did verbally attack Saron’s husband. I just wonder if all reality stars that earn their beatings are going to sue now.

having watched the show, i do not recall any real violence other then a drink being tossed on her. if that constitutes assault/battery and emotional distress then a lot of men who have said bad lines in bars to women around the world should be able to sue the women who did so for the same thing. This seems to be a frivolous law suit and one that should be thrown out before it even goes to trial.

No violence needs to be perpetrated for an assault charge. You can get an assault charge for cursing at someone. The battery charge would be the throwing of the drink, which under the law, IS battery. Sharon will lose this case, its all on tape. And this woman has a very very very good case!

I LOVE SHARON. I am so glad she gave Megan what she deserved. Megan does not know about the history of Sharon’s life. Sharon is a very successful and creative lady. She is a very loving and caring mother and wife. I am glad that Sharon defended her husband. Sharon is a very beautiful woman who show great strength. Megan is a slutty person that should not own that tiny dog that does not appear happy. I hope Megan never has own show on VH1. I wish Sharon the best of luck with the lawsuit. I AM PROUD OF HER.
