'DWTS': Injured Marini, Jewel will compete in premiere

Gilles Marini, the Dancing With the Stars contestant least likely to be recognized by name, should be fine to compete innext Monday’s season 8 premiere, reports People.com. The Naked Guy fromthe Sex and the Citymovie suffered tendonitis in his groin and shoulder while rehearsingwith his professional partner Cheryl Burke. Singer Jewel logged season8’s first injury — knee pain — last week.
