Heart’s Ann and Nancy Wilson will receive a songwriting award in April. ASCAP’s Founders Award is given to artists who "have made pioneering contributions to music by inspiring and influencing their fellow music creators," according to the organization. The Wilson sisters are responsible for "Barracuda," "Crazy on You," "Alone," and "These Dreams," among other hits. [ASCAP]
