Chris Brown attended his first anger management class on Monday in Glendale, Calif., according to the New York Daily News. The newspaper cites a source that said spin doctor Michael Sitrick recommended the class to the R&B singer, who faces criminal charges for the alleged assault of his girlfriend, Rihanna. "Chris doesn’t actually have to go by law," the source is quoted as saying, "but he believes it will make him look better to the public, and he wants to try to get in a few classes before March 5," his court date. A source is also quoted as saying Rihanna will be in Los Angeles to testify in court.
Brown has already had endorsement deals suspended, including commercials for Wrigley’s gum and the Milk Mustache campaign, and his songs have been temporarily taken off the air at a handful of radio stations.

I know people make mistakes. Chris is trying to make amends but Chris you hit your girlfriend. That is something you have to live with. You want to act like a thug then you will be treated like one.
I’m all for making amends, but the article said he is going to make himself “look better to the Public”?? He’d look much better to me if he was going because he felt he had anger issues and thought he should deal with them. This news means nothing to me if he is only doing it for HIS image!! It has been reported in a number of publications including the Sun Sentinel that the reason that Chris Brown went ballistic is that he found out he got HERPES from Rihanna after she had an affair with Jay Z.
If this STD story is true then Chris had every reason to be upset and he should take Rihanna to court for both criminal and civil charges.
That kind of behavior, on Rihanna’s part, is unacceptable.
Enough with the stupid herpes rumors. No one could possibly know that and even if it were true it doesn’t justify beating someone. The fact that some people, men and women, still try to find justification for a beating is really disturbing.
