Miley Cyrus sued in class action lawsuit

Yeah, like none of you ever made goofy faces when you were kids…GET OVER IT, PEOPLE. Including those of ASIANS and anything else. NONE Of you EVER pulled your eyes slanty? Stop being bleeding heart litigious bellyachers and get lives. Why don’t you put your energy into something worth while?

Wendy, you are a complete ignoramus and even reading your drivel makes everyone here that much dumber. Of course “everyone” remembers that “fun” chant, but the mere fact that you mention it with such flippancy proves the point that racism against Asians does not result in the same outrage as it does against Blacks, Jews or gays. Today everything is about lawsuit. Its just shows how selfish people in this world have gotten. I myself remember doing that with my eyes as a kid. The saying was “Chinese, Japanese, we like these (breast)”..But it was never meant as a racist joke. We cant even have fun…If the lady wants money,,,,,she needs to get off her duff and work a little harder….

Wow…..there are not words to describe how stupid this is. Common sense needs to make a come back in this country. There is absolutely no basis for this law suit. What’s next, our elementary school students getting sued for pulling faces? C’mon people. Is this really what America has come too? Better watch out what you post on the internet, you may end up getting sued someday by some random stranger who thinks they know what you were saying, meaning or doing at any given time in your life. This kind of crap is what is giving America a bad name.

This is ridiculus. Should I sue Hollywood now because they discriminate against blondes? Or should I get offended every time someone makes a sexist joke? Did it ever occur to anyone that this is a prime example of why we have stupid things like “snowperson” instead of “snowman” or little nativity scenes in every ethnicity or about a billion other silly little things? When will people take a step back and realize that the world does not revolve around their emotions? It’s a silly little picture and it’s not worth the time or effort that’s being put into this. Racism is wrong, but walking on broken glass is worse. And that’s exactly what we’re doing. We’re bending over backwards just to avoid hurting people’s feelings. Sticks and stones people.

This woman suing Miley is Absolutely Ridiculous! ALL Kids of ALL RACES make faces at one another. Lucie Kim needs to be JAILED for this frivolous lawsuit! If this lawsuit succeeds then true justice in America is truly dead. Kids will be kids and from the dawn of time, kids have been making faces at each other – it is part of being a kid. If this was anyone else, there would be no problem but because it is Miley (someone with money) Lucie Kim is “sue-happy” for a quick buck! Lucie Kim needs to be jailed!!!
