Citing sources close to the couple, CNN has confirmed that Rihanna is the unnamed woman who was allegedly assaulted by her boyfriend, Chris Brown, in Los Angeles early Sunday morning. The news organization also reports that the "Umbrella" singer has postponed an upcoming concert in Malaysia that was scheduled for Friday night.

I’m still hoping that this story has been greatly exaggerated, since there are about 6 different versions of what happened. I thought Chris Brown was such a sweetheart and I just don’t want to believe he would do something like that. It makes me feel sick.
