One of David E. Kelley’s go-to supporting players is on board for his next TV series, The Hollywood Reporter reports. Loretta Devine — who’s costarred in Kelley’s Boston Public and made appearances on Ally McBeal and Boston Legal — has joined the cast of Kelley’s upcoming NBC drama, Legally Mad, about a young woman lawyer who joins her father’s law firm. Devine will play Jeanette, a high strung attorney at the firm. Devine was last seen on Fox’s Eli Stone.
