Mike Myers’ spiritual comedy The Love Guru was the big, er, loser as the nominations for the 29th Annual Golden Raspberry Awards were announced today. The actor’s summer flop scored nods in seven categories, including Worst Actor (Myers), Worst Actress (Jessica Alba), and Worst Picture — where it appeared alongside Meet the Spartans, Disaster Movie, The Happening, The Hottie and the Nottie, and In the Name of the King: A Dungeon Siege Tale. Al Pacino garnered a Worst Actor nomination for his work in 88 Minutes and Righteous Kill, while Paris Hilson was cited three times for her performances in The Hottie and the Nottie and Repo: The Genetic Opera. The "winners" will be announced on Feb. 21, the night before the Oscars ceremony. The full list of nominations is after the jump.

I wish actors would admit they made mistakes and go to the show and accept.
so much more fun that way. kudos to Halle berry and Bill Cosby for going and getting theirs.
I never thought I’d be sticking up for Paris Hilton, but after seeing Repo! The Genetic Opera, I’m afraid I have to disagree with the Razzies on giving Paris a Worst Supporting Actress nomination for it. The movie, while no great work of cinema, is fun and original, and I thought Paris Hilton was quite excellent (and well cast) playing Amber Sweet, a bratty heiress obsessed with her nonexistent talent and plastic surgery. I know EW gave the movie a terrible review, but it’s fun in a campy over the top sort of way, a la Rocky Horror.
I don’t agree with Speed Racer being anywhere near a Razzie, it was fun to watch and visually dazzling!
If Love Guru gets WORST picture and Slumdog Millionaire gets BEST picture, then that would really be poetic justice.
I’m surprised you forgot about Matthew McCaugnehey in, “Fools Gold” … “Surfer, Dude” …”Tropic Thunder” was he in anything else?
Did this guy forget that he was a good, respectable actor at one point? Remember, if you can go that far back… “A Time to Kill” and “Contact”
